SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving & processing your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have not received your shipping notification, please check your Spam folder. If it has been longer than 14 total days since placing your order, and you have not received your items or a shipping notification, feel free to contact the bakery directly via email at shipping@scafuribakery.com
During COVID-19 operations, business hours are Thursday-Sunday 8a-1p. Although we strive to fulfill and ship all orders in a timely manner, especially during this time, it is possible to encounter delays in shipping and processing. Delays in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and are outside the control of Scafuri Bakery or its representatives. During the Christmas holidays (Nov/Dec), it is advised to order early and allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped.
We cannot offer an exact arrival date, nor can we guarantee immediate turnaround of your order. Scafuri Bakery is a small, family owned business: We promise to provide you with amazing goods, made fresh with the highest quality ingredients and no preservatives or artificial flavors. All products are made in small batches by hand. This contributes to the wait and processing time of your order. We promise - it's worth the wait. If we don't meet your expectations, please contact us directly so that we may address your concerns and make it right.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not currently offer local delivery for items ordered in our online store. We do offer delivery for weddings or large catering orders. Please contact the bakery directly to place an order of this kind.
During COVID-19 operations, we do not offer in-store pickup for orders placed through our online store. If you wish to place an order for in-store pickup, please contact the bakery via email (info@scafuribakery.com)
We currently are unable to offer international shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@scafuribakery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You may also need to contact the USPS with your tracking information.
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you include a full and complete shipping address. We almost exclusively ship via the United States Postal Service.
Scafuri Bakery promises you the best products and service. We work hard to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you find issue with your product, please reach out to us so we can address your concerns.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, unused items are not returnable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact the insurance company Route. If you did not select Route protection at checkout, unfortunately we cannot assist you any further at this time for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages. We recommend you contact the carrier directly.
